The
Brotherhood of Men
They
say that they belong to Him,
but
the world is still their friend;
they
think they have eternal life,
but
death will be their end.
Their
churches are a work of art,
they
really draw the crowds;
they
sure know how to entertain,
they
are so smug and proud!
It
doesn’t matter “Who” is served,
they
say our God’s the same;
that
we all serve a “Higher Power”,
after
all, what’s in a Name?
They’d
better be careful how they lead,
the
Lord will not be mocked!
They’d
better stand up for the Truth,
when
leading the Savior’s flock!
For
they’re under stricter judgment,
than
you or I will be;
and
how they handle God’s own word,
will
decide their destiny!
They’ll
tell folks what they want to hear,
for
they don’t want to “offend”;
whatever
it takes to be part of
the
“Brotherhood of Men”!

For
the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but
wanting to have their ears tickled, they will accumulate for
themselves teachers in accordance to their own desires, and will turn
away their ears from the truth and will turn aside to myths.

Timothy 4:3-4
Jesus
said to him, "I am the way, and the truth, and the life; no one
comes to the Father but through Me.
John
14:6
So
they were saying to Him, "Where is Your Father?" Jesus
answered, "You know neither Me nor My Father; if you knew Me, you
would know My Father also."
John
8:19
"And
there is salvation in no one else; for there is no other name
under heaven that has been given among men by which we must be
saved."
Acts 4:12
