Something profoundly prophetic has taken place

Something profoundly prophetic has taken place/is taking place before our very eyes of which we truly need to take notice:

At this VERY moment in the history of the modern nation of Israel, two old seasoned, well- experienced leaders of Israel are NOW planning to forge a partnership in government leadership SOLELY  for the purpose of attempting to bring "peace and security"  to the nation of Israel and to offer, for the first time, a working plan for the Palestinians to have their own state within the borders of eretz Israel, (which plan by the way, will NOT succeed as it is not prophesied in Scripture).

The Lord has allowed a "spoiler" in the person of Amir Peretz to dislodge Shimon Peres from his position of leadership in the Labor party after 60 years of that political association.  Experts explained that Peretz, an outsider, had no chance of defeating established Labor party leaders. He was not a general in the IDF nor a keystone of Israeli defense. He was not one of the inner circle of the party. He was from Morocco , unlike the majority of European Jewish leaders, the "elite" who ran the Labor party.  Yet, this unlikely prospect occurred, which resulted in Peres making the decision to leave 'his Labor' and cross "the political aisle" in order to make  "a plan" with Ariel Sharon in his new "Kadima" movement.  'Kadima' means "forward."  Ariel has also decided to leave the party of his creation, the Likud, after 30 years.

Isaiah 30: 1:  " Woe to the rebellious children, saith the LORD, that take counsel, ( Strong's # 6098:  plan, scheme) but not of me; and that cover with a covering, but not of my spirit, that they may add sin to sin:"

In truth, Peres' move from the Left was not such a great leap after all, as Sharon is now going to try to rule from "the bare middle" as his 'NEW' plan,  keeping only minimal areas for Israel, which means that he is agreeing to a Palestinian state on 93-94% of the land - is not that different than what Ehud Barak offered Yasser Arafat in Camp David several years ago."  Of course, at that time, Arafat turned down that "offer of a lifetime" because it was not God's time to accept it!

But NOW... and this is the key:  These two leaders of Israel, the present Prime Minister  and the former '8th' Prime Minister of Israel, who happens to be the original signer for Israel on the Oslo Peace Accords, and the present leader of the Palestinian Authority, Mahmoud Abbas, who also was the original signer of that Accord for the Palestinians, have NOW  been brought back together AGAIN, I believe, by Divine Providence, to MAKE... "the covenant with Sheol and Death!"

Have you ever noticed that Isaiah 28:14-15 says this:

"Wherefore hear the word of the LORD, ye scornful men, that rule this people which is in Jerusalem . Because ye have said, We have made a covenant with death, and with hell are we at agreement; when the overflowing scourge shall pass through, it shall not come unto us: for we have made lies our refuge, and under falsehood have we hid ourselves: "

Now contrast this text with Daniel 9:27:

"And he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week: and in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease, and for the overspreading of abominations he shall make it desolate, even until the consummation, and that determined shall be poured upon the desolate."

The Hebrew word 'confirm' is Strong's # 1396 and means.... "to strengthen"  !

Please note that the Holy Spirit did NOT say that he would "MAKE" a covenant, but he will only "STRENGTHEN"  a covenant that obviously  is ALREADY  in place!

My point is this:   according to the clear intent of Scripture, it is the "scornful men" that rule Jerusalem that MAKE the final covenant with death !... and it is the man who would be anti-Christ that CONFIRMS /STRENGTHENS that very covenant ! Because the Holy Spirit did NOT use the word 'make' in Daniel 9:27, I believe it is quite possible to infer that the man who would be anti-Christ is NOT necessarily present at the initial "making/signing" of this last human covenant with 'Sheol and Death' and it is only later... inside, the time of Jacob's Trouble, when he "strengthens" and confirms that same covenant, after the Church has departed for Heaven !

Moreover, it appears to me that the 'scornful men' MAKE that covenant directly BEFORE the "overflowing scourge shall pass through" which I believe is the very fast-approaching time of 'Jacob's Trouble' described in the Bible as the 'travail of the Woman,' Israel ! 

I have written in the past that some dire consequence must occur to the nation of Israel to 'drive' and FORCE them to make a covenant with the anti-Christ, as they are crying out for 'peace and security."  But I no longer believe that scenario... because RIGHT NOW... as we watch daily news developments in real-time,  WITHOUT a real emergency situation occurring in the nation of Israel, and at a time of rather "careless, arrogant ease" in between localized suicide bombings and attempted, limited missile attacks... this is being said by one of the THREE  (Shimon Peres), and others in agreement with him:

"He (Sharon) is open to creative ideas for achieving peace and security. I decided therefore to support his election and cooperate with him to realize these goals."  Another colleague of the three said, "His ( Sharon 's) decision stems from his desire to bring the state of Israel to permanent borders during his term of office," Landau said. "He knows that this step will be a dramatic one."  Peres also said, "I spoke with Mr. Sharon, and I am convinced that he is determined, as I am, to continue with the peace process and restart it immediately after the elections," Peres said. "He is open to creative ideas for achieving peace and security. I decided therefore to support his election and cooperate with him to realize these goals."

The sad fact is, these "scornful men" who are planning on winning the future political election for the leadership of Israel near the end of March, DO NOT NEED a crisis to force them to MAKE THE COVENANT!    They are perfectly willing NOW, at this very moment!  They have the plan fully in mind, and they will have the means to implement that plan, if, Sharon wins the majority in the upcoming election! 

Then, WHOMEVER, turns out to be the anti-Christ, will only have to CONFIRM and STRENGTHEN  that covenant that has already been made by those same "scornful men who rule over Jerusalem ."

Because of where I believe we are, right now in the prophetic plan of God for Israel , this spring will be the last chance that the Lord will have to fulfill Daniel's 490th year in the next Sabbatical cycle of Israel in 2008, freeing  the remnant by the end of the 50th year of 2009!  Therefore, I believe that Ariel Sharon will indeed be victorious in the up-coming election, and with his intended plan to keep Israel's ownership of the ancient city of Ariel  in the West Bank, I believe the "WOES" pronounced upon Ariel  in Israel 29, will soon be realized !  Remember, Isaiah 29: 1-2 opens with this phrase: 

from the KJV:  "add ye year to year; let them kill sacrifices,Yet I will distress Ariel, and there shall be heaviness and sorrow:"

from the NASB:  "Add year to year, observe your feasts on schedule."

from the Amplified:  "Add yet another year; let the feasts run their round"

from Young's Literal Translation:  "Add year to year, let festivals go round."

A name for the Passover Supper in Hebrew is "sedar"... which means...

"BEGIN  THE  ORDER"!

For all who have eyes to see and ears to hear...the Holy Spirit is clearly alerting the reader of Isaiah 29, that  "the distress upon Ariel" is scheduled to arrive during the season of the BEGINNING of the year... the BEGINNING of the Sacred Year... when the Mosaic Feast schedule BEGINS!

Passover... the ONLY  season and Feast... when Israel EXPECTS  Elijah !

Note:  The Israeli elections are scheduled for Tuesday, March 28, 2006, which will be Adar 28.  Two days later, "Rosh haShana"... the head of the SACRED YEAR... will open on Thursday, March 30, Nisan 1, in a "year of perfect order" whereby all Feast Days will fall on their appointed day of the week!

We do not have long to wait... and see!
