Barbecued Chuck Roast

2½ lbs. tenderized round steak
1 cup flour
Salt & pepper
¼ cup oil
1 large whole onion
1 t. oregano
1 cup water


Cut steak into serving size pieces.  Dredge meat in flour mixed with salt and pepper.  Brown the meat in a pressure cooker in hot oil.  Add onion, oregano and water.  Cook on 15 lbs. pressure for 20 minutes.  Let cooker cool on its own.
