My Usage: (Diana's words) EXCELLENT blood pressure reducer and superior to prescription medicine in that there are no harmful side effects and it is God's medicine for us. Just make sure it is standardized to 1.8% vitexin-2 rhamnosides. That is important and make sure it is a good quality reputable company.
