Europe is predicted to be totally on a cashless economic system in just five years!

NEWS BRIEF: "Cashless society by 2012, says Visa chief", by Tim Webb, The Independent, 11 March 2007
"Paying for goods with notes and coins could be consigned to history within five years, according to the chief executive of Visa Europe. Peter Ayliffe said that, by 2012, using credit and debit cards should be cheaper and more convenient than cash. Some retailers could soon start surcharging customers if they choose to buy products with cash, because of the greater cost of processing these payments, he warned."
Can you imagine such a turn of events? Retailers charging a fee for customers paying with cash seems to be too farfetched to believe; yet, the Chief Executive of Visa, Europe, is predicting just this scenario! This scene reminds me of the TV commercial for Visa Debit Card, shown last Fall, where customers are merrily purchasing their food in a mall specialty store with all customers synchronistically purchasing product with ease and comfort.
Suddenly, a guy interrupts all this by reaching into his wallet to pay with cash. People behind him trip over each other and bedlam ensues, until the cash-paying guy is finished and has exited the retail store!
In this next segment, this Visa executive pointed to the one feature which would make debit and credit cards so easy and fast to use, and it is the same feature in the Visa Card commercial about which we talked, above.
"Visa Europe briefed the British Retail Consortium last month on new 'contactless' cards that can be waved in front of a scanner to make small payments."
The Exxon oil company currently has just such a 'contactless' card, which is scanned in front of a detector station.
Of course, this news has End of the Age ramifications. Bible scholars for centuries have been united in their view of the "Mark of the Beast" prophecy of Revelation 13:16-18, believing that the only way this prophecy could occur is if the economies of all the world were "buying and selling" without cash. Two hundred years ago, no scholar could foresee exactly how the world's economies could do without cash, but since the prophecy demanded such a system, they accepted a cashless society without much reservation.
Let us review this prophecy now.
"And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads: And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name." (Rev 13:16-17)
The first sentence of this Scripture foretells that the world will be under a repressive global dictatorship, exactly the kind of dictatorship which the Illuminati is bringing forth right now under the guise of "fighting terror". Obviously, only such a global government could force everyone to take the "Mark of the Beast".
Just as obviously, this Mark had to be part of a global economy in which cash has been eliminated, exactly the scenario suggested by this Visa chief. Once again, we see one of those definitive "Signs of the Times", telling us that the End of the Age is bearing down upon us with breakneck speed!
