Russian and Chinese leaders are reportedly angry at the United States
They believe that the huge Chinese 8.0 earthquake on May 12 was deliberately caused by America's HARRP electromagnetic waves.

The photos which are then shown on this website, above, are interesting, but I cannot verify that they actually occurred over the skies of China prior to the earthquake. Furthermore, the Cutting Edge webmaster, Jim Hedgepath, talked directly to Dr. Nick Begich, the world's leading expert on HAARP and the author of the DVD, shown above. Dr. Begich said that, while it is certainly possible that the United States launched a HAARP attack on China on May 12, causing the 8.0+ earthquake, he cannot confirm that.
Dr. Begich also said that an electromagnetic attack causing a quake emits tell-tale signs just prior to the attack which would alert officials of the nation under attack that the quake was deliberately set. Therefore, if the huge earthquake were to have been caused by HAARP electromagnetic waves, Chinese authorities would know it.
That brings us to our final segment on this subject.
Rumors are flying around the Internet that both Russian and Chinese leaders are so angry that they are planning to retaliate against America by staging their own massive earthquake on American soil.
One Cutting Edge subscriber called me yesterday to tell me that he had heard on a Christian radio station that President Putin was planning a Russian strike on America.
We cannot confirm this, either.
However, we have been saying for a very long time that the Illuminati Plan for the World War III scenario which will produce Antichrist does foresee a massive attack on the San Andreas Fault, most likely in Los Angeles!
Our sources for this information come from two writings.
FEMA warned on September 10, 2001, that America faced three extreme dangers, the last of which was a massive earthquake on the San Andreas Fault.

"In 2001, the Federal Emergency Management Agency ranked the most likely and deadly disasters that could befall the United States. The top three were a terrorist attack on New York, an earthquake in San Francisco and a hurricane in New Orleans. The list was announced at a conference on Sept. 10. The next day was 9/11."
This news is so incredible that we need to stop right here, so we can accurately understand what we have just been told. On September 10, 2001, FEMA accurately "predicted" three" most likely and deadly disasters that could befall the United States". These deadly disasters foretold were:
A) Terrorist attack on New York
B) An earthquake in San Francisco
C) A hurricane in New Orleans
On the very next day after this FEMA prediction, the attacks of 9/11 occurred -- the Twin Towers and The Pentagon were attacked, precisely as the Illuminati Card Game predicted in 1995! Obviously, disasters #1 and #3 from this list have already occurred. Therefore, one has to worry that an unprecedented earthquake on the West Coast -- either in Los Angeles or San Francisco -- might be next on the "hit list" of the Illuminati. Remember, Scalar Wave Technology and HAARP can produce both hurricanes and earthquakes in whatever magnitude is desired, and precisely at the location desired.
As we have noted before, New Age author, Bill Cooper, noted that an unprecedented earthquake was planned for Los Angeles, and the movie "10.5" depicted just this scenario. So, will the massive coming quake occur in Los Angeles or San Francisco, or both, since both cities lie on the same end of the same geological quake faults.
New Age author, Bill Cooper, warned in his book "Behold A Pale Horse", that Los Angeles was going to be hit with an unprecedented quake of 9.0 or greater, and that this quake would be part of the Illuminati Plan for the World War III that would produce the Masonic Messiah.

Therefore, there will be an earthquake deliberately triggered in Los Angeles! And, when you see it, you will know that the appearance of Antichrist is very close.
