• Extremists Disrupt Christian Meeting in Mumbai Slum <- FEATURE!!!
  Marching to the front of an evangelistic service, about 50 religious extremists--most of them women--forcefully attempted to disrupt the meeting. The extremists snatched the microphone from the speaker’s hands and began shouting anti-Christian remarks through the sound system.

• India Militants Threaten To Kill Missionary And To Harm Evangelicals <- FEATURE!!!
  Suspected Hindu militants have threatened to kill a native missionary and to attack dozens of evangelical Christians in the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh, a major mission group has said.

• India Police Detain 4,000 Christians <- FEATURE!!!
  Indian police detained at least 4,000 Christians from across the country in the largest such operation in a decade, a major human rights group and Indian Christian leaders said Wednesday, May 30.

• Malaysia Court To Make Historic Religious Rights Ruling <- FEATURE!!!
  Malaysia's highest court was due to hand down on Wednesday, May 30, a historic ruling that observers said could have ramifications for Muslims who want to renounce their faith.

• Malaysia's Christian Joy Loses Islam Conversion Case <- FEATURE!!!
  Malaysia's best known Christian convert, Lina Joy, on Wednesday, May 30, lost her six-year battle to be recognized as a Christian in a landmark case that tested the limits of religious freedom in this mainly Muslim nation.

• Mexico: Christians in Chiapas Town Deprived of Water <- FEATURE!!!
  More than five weeks after town bosses in Chiapas state, Mexico, signed an agreement to restore water lines cut off from Christians since January, the Protestants still rely on dirty, distant wells and puddles for washing and drinking.

• Muslim hardliners storm and destroy Indonesia church

• Pakistan Sentences Christian To Death For "Blasphemy"Against Islam <- FEATURE!!!
  The Muslim, identified as Baba Chaby, refused and Muslim men became angry and "abused" Masih APMA investigators claimed. In addition, the next morning, Muslims in the local mosque were allegedly encouraged to participate in ransacking homes of Christians and to damage their properties and local Churches in the area... "Younis Masih was brutally beaten and his wife, who came to save him, was not spared...Her cloths were torn to shreds by the mob," added APMA's Bhatti, adding that "they left Younis [only because they] considered him to be dead."

  In its latest assessment report following the 8.1 magnitude quake, the National Disaster Management Office said 52 people were confirmed dead, 40 people were seriously injured and more than 36,000 were directly affected by the disaster.

• Cyclone Forces Oman to Evacuate 7,000 <- FEATURE!!!
  Cyclone Gonu, with winds of 160 miles per hour and gusts of 195 miles per hour, was headed northwest through the Indian Ocean toward Oman's east coast, said Weather Underground meteorologist Tim Roche... Even with the weaker wind speeds, Gonu would be the strongest cyclone to hit the Arabian Peninsula since record keeping started in 1945, Roche said.

  There is a plethora of fungal infections caused by various fungi. It is noteworthy that a clinical manifestation of a fungal disease can be pretty drab at times. That is the reason why certain tests (examining a skin scale or specimen of some other tissue smeared on a microscope slide) must be conducted in order to determine the type of a fungus that infected your body.

• EU, US Agree 15 Years Left To Avert World-Wide Climate Disaster
  The United States and the European Union agree that the next 15 years will be decisive in averting a global warming disaster but disagree on a strategy, German Foreign Minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier said Sunday. "I do not think that we are so far apart in our underlying analysis of the situation," Steinmeier told Deutschlandfunk radio. He said Washington and Europe concurred that "politicians have at most another 15 years to take steps to ensure that climate change does not become a catastrophe."

• U.N. Warns of Effects of Global Thaw

  Today when NASA's MESSENGER spacecraft flies by Venus en route to Mercury, the craft will shoot a laser beam into Venus' clouds, among other experiments, to learn more about Earth's "evil twin."
