TWO TIPS I WANTED TO SHARE WITH YOU (Natural Herbs page):
(1) On the nights that Richard has to work graveyard shift, to assure that I will sleep soundly, at 8 p.m. I take two Tylenol PM tablets. By the time I go to bed at 10 p.m., I can barely hold my eyes open, plus it rids me of the day's aches and pains. It's the best sleeping medication I've ever found!!!
(2) I don't know about you, but in South Texas, we have a bad mosquito problem, and they're so tiny, you can't see them!. And for some reason, they LOVE me (maybe because I'm white as the driven snow!)! My GF, Linda, told me about two ways to keep them from "feeding on me". First, buy dryer sheets (any brand or type). Rub the sheets on all exposed areas of your body. I do this each morning, and they honestly work (of course, I smell like I just stepped out of a dryer, but hey, whatever works)!!! Secondly, she told me to buy a bottle of B-Complex, and take one each morning. I tried this, but for some strange reason, it reacted badly on me, and by the third day, I was incredibly light-headed! Not good when you have a long commute to drive! I don't know why it reacted this way with me, but by Saturday of that week, I quit taking them, and by that afternoon, the light-headedness had completed stopped! It's possible that the Effexor-XR (75 MG, once a day) that the doctor prescribed about a year or so ago for my mood swings interacted poorly with the B-Complex.
