  A Palestinian Islamic group confirmed on Tuesday that its "armed wing" is targeting what it called "Christian missionary activity" in the Gaza Strip.

• Dangerous 'Hate-Crimes' Legislation Heads to Senate <- FEATURE!!! 
  The Local Law Enforcement Hate Crimes Prevention Act — H.R. 1592 in the House and S. 1105 in the Senate — would mandate additional federal penalties for crimes involving sexual orientation or gender identity.

• Muslim calls to prayer heard at Fort Riley, Kansas <- FEATURE!!! Ummmm... can you say "reverse discrimination???"
  The wife of a soldier stationed at Fort Riley, Kansas, says she doesn't think her children and other people on base should have to hear Muslim prayers being broadcast five times a day. The Army claims it is being done to prepare troops heading to Iraq and Afghanistan.

• At King Herod's Site, New Hopes and Fears <- FEATURE!!! 
  The discovery dusted off the competing Israeli and Palestinian claims to the region between Bethlehem and the Judean desert. Israeli settler leaders said the reported find of the Jewish king's tomb supported their historic right to the area, while Palestinians expressed fears that it would be used as a pretext to increase Jewish settlement construction south of Jerusalem.

• Arab family attacks police for saving girl's life
  An Israeli Arab family on Tuesday reacted violently after police officers prevented a teenage girl related to them from committing suicide.

• Israel's other missing soldier: Majdi Halabi
  Much is made of three Israel Defense Forces (IDF) soldiers being held hostage in Lebanon and Gaza, while Israel's Jews and the international community have all but forgotten about an Israeli Druze soldier missing since 2005.

• 666 and Mr. Jesus <- FEATURE!!!
  I have been following this guy who claims now he is Antichrist. As a matter of fact, being visited by Angels, Jose Luis de Jesus Miranda claims he is the re-incarnate of Jesus Christ. He says, "Jesus will never come and appear in the clouds" as most christians believe. He also tells anyone who will listen that the word Antichrist is a mistranslation. That indeed Jesus was supposed to come again incarnate in a person. Today that person, according to Jose Miranda is him.

• Anxiety, emptiness fuel Confucius craze in China <- FEATURE!!!
  Pop culture offerings in China these days run the gamut from Hollywood blockbusters to domestic versions of "American Idol," but it is a book about the ancient sage Confucius that is causing all the buzz in the streets.

• Crowd Packs Amphitheater For Man Claiming He's Jesus Christ Reincarnated <- FEATURE!!! <- What makes people this gullible???
  "They believe that Jesus is going to come from the sky," Juan Sanchez said. "But, that is not the way he is going to come."

  An Orange County man cut off his mother's head with a circular saw and then died after trying to decapitate himself, authorities said.

  A small hatch on the side of the hospital allows people to drop off babies in an incubator 24 hours a day, while an alarm will notify hospital staff of the new arrival. The infants will initially be cared for by the hospital and then put up for adoption.

• Vegans Sentenced for Starving Their Baby
  Their son, Crown Shakur, weighed just 3 1/2 pounds when he died of starvation on April 25, 2004.

The "Transatlantic Economic Integration" between the U.S. and the European Union was signed April 30 at the White House by Bush, German Chancellor Angela Merkel - the current president of the European Council - and European Commission President José Manuel Barroso.
