NOTE TO MY BROTHERS & SISTERS:
Just
a short note to explain to you why it sometimes takes me a while to
answer your emails. I work 1.5 hours from work, so I am gone from
our house at LEAST 11 hours a day (usually more, with traffic and/or
overtime). In the mornings, it takes me about 2 hours to gather
news for my updates, upload the updates, and check the links. At
night, I usually only have 2 hours at the most to eat dinner (thank GOD
Richard's a great cook!!!), clean the kitchen, and go to bed. On
Saturdays (Shabbat celebration), I do no updates and very little, if
any, housework. On Sundays, I gather a full week's worth of our
herbs/vitamins/medicines and put in Ziplocs, clean the coffeemaker, and
complete a week's worth of regular daily updates. So please be
patient with me if it takes me a while to answer, and know that if you
are my sister or brother in Yahshua, I love you dearly! YSIY,

amazing prophetic experience. He glanced at his watch to see the
time. It read 11:45. Then, as he continued looking at his watch, it
began to accelerate, moving at four-second intervals instead of
one-second intervals. He thought to himself, “Something is wrong
with my watch. I need to have it repaired.” At that very moment,

by Pfizer, is a very new aid for smoking cessation. My daughter's
doctor (in Wisconsin) had prescribed it for her, and since I had
promised to quit with her, I talked to my doctor about it. He had
never heard of it, but looked into it and wrote the precription.
It takes about a week to build up in your system, and you continue
to smoke during that time, but you cut back without even thinking
about it. You do have to set a date to stop, therefore making the
committment. Nothing will work if you're not ready to quit.
Chantix blocks the satisfaction derived from smoking, and eases
the urge to smoke. It really is terrific! The only side effect
I've experienced is nausea (morning sickness <grins>) which
subsides after I eat a little breakfast.

disease (blocked blood vessels in the legs or feet) than people who have
