Javier SOLANA, European Union High Representative for the Common Foreign and Security Policy (CFSP), will participate in the Arab League Summit in Algiers, Algeria, on 21 and 22 March 2005.

On Tuesday, 22 March 2005, Javier Solana will address the Arab League Summit.

In the margins of the Summit, the High Representative will hold several bilateral meetings, in particular with the President of Algeria, Abdelaziz Bouteflika, and the Secretary General of the United Nations, Kofi Annan.
