Grandma's Strawberry Jello

1 cup hot water
2 sm. pkgs. strawberry Jell-O
2 10-oz. pkgs. thawed frozen strawberries
3 mashed bananas
1 lg. can crushed pineapple, drained
16 oz. sour cream


Dissolve Jell-O in bowl with water.  Add fruits; mix well.  Pour half the mixture into 9 x 13” pan.  Refrigerate until solid, then spread or pour sour cream on top.  Add remaining Jell-O mixture and let set until solid again.
