Below is an excerpt from an email I received from Matt of Church Age. It is truly AWESOME!!!
Here is what I posted over on RR in a thread called "The Lord is speaking":
The two things I've been living by the Lord told me in 2003:
He said: "I'll worry about the New World Order, you worry about telling people about Me."
And, in a vision He said "it's now", and showed me a picture of the Bible with the pages turning very quickly in it, like the wind caught one page, then another, then a number of them started flipping really fast. This meant that Bible prophecy would start being fulfilled very quickly-- that was in August of 2003, and as we all know prophecy has been racing along since last summer (which leads me to believe His return is at the doorstep).
On the first thing though, we are to be concerned with telling people about Him, and not worrying about things.
I never had anything like this happen to me before, but the Lord spoke to me in 2003 with a couple of very pointed messages.
I guess I would have looked at someone funny in the past, until I had it happen to me.
I mentioned it to a Christian friend of mine, and she said that she had a big presentation at work, and was very nervous. She went into the bathroom and prayed, and said "Lord, be with me".
The Lord said "I'm always with you" in response. She was a little startled when it happened, but felt really great about it.
The best way to describe it for me is it is as if you know someone said something to you, but you didn't hear it with your ears. Absolutely amazing.
One other thing, I was walking out of my office last fall, and the beautiful, yellow, fall leaves were falling from the trees. I thought to myself, "Lord, can I walk in your garden some day?" (meaning heaven); and I was surprised when He said "You ARE walking in my garden!" I kind of smiled to myself-- because we are, just walking in His garden. That has helped me a lot with any attachments (materialism) to this world. It is ALL His, and that really brought it all home to me.
Every time the Lord has said something to me, I have found that it is both scripturally accurate, and has helped me grow dramatically in an area of my life from a spiritual standpoint.
Praise the Lord, for He is the Living God, the Creator, we serve, not some piece of wood or idol!!
