Meat & Vegetable Medley

1 chopped onion
2 T. oleo
1 can whole tomatoes with juice
1 green pepper, chopped
1 stalk chopped celery
2-3 potatoes, cooked
Salt, pepper & paprika
1 can tomato sauce (optional)
Sausage, chicken or pork


Sauté onion, bell pepper and celery in oleo.  Boil potatoes until tender; drain and add to sautéed vegetables.  Add remaining ingredients and cook until done (about 20 minutes.
