All praise be to the Almighty forever for allowing my parents to adopt me when I was 2 weeks old!  Mama, along with Daddy, raised me to love the Lord with all my heart, soul and mind, and their faith never wavered, nor their love for me.  I will be eternally grateful to them both, and will love them forever!  I pray your day will be very blessed, Mama, and I look forward to spending eternity with you!  You are a marvelous friend to me!

Your faith always inspired me,
you never gave an inch,
even when I'd gone my way,
and wallowed in the stench!

You worried and you fretted,
but most of all you prayed.
I know it must have hurt you
to see how far I'd strayed.

But you never gave up praying,
and now I live for Christ,
the One Who gave His life for us
at such a costly price.

And now when Jesus gives the shout
to call home you and me,
I know we'll stay the best of friends
through all eternity!
