Mushroom Sauce

1 4-oz. can mushrooms
1/3 cup dry milk
2 T. flour
½ t. salt & pepper


Drain mushrooms, reserving liquid.  Add enough water to liquid to make 1 cup.  Add liquid to remaining ingredients.  Beat until blended.  Cook, stirring constantly, until sauce thickens and comes to a boil.  Stir in mushrooms.
