I was watching BBC News24 at about 3am(GMT) this morning. Whilst covering
the bridge collapse they had a witness on via telephone who spent a few
minutes explaining how he walks under the bridge almost daily. He had
witnessed the fact that large holes had been drilled/cut through the
concrete supports.
