Israel's Prime Minister Sharon accelerated his planned separation of
populations -- Jews from Palestinians -- this week, with a blessing from
President Bush.
As we begin our examination of
this momentous event, please keep in mind that the unstated, silent reason given
for this unilateral withdrawal is not to provide better security against
terrorism, nor to give the Palestinians the state for which they have been
clamoring, but to separate the populations -- Jews from Palestinians. This
startling development is almost unheard of in modern history. The only time in
modern history in which a strong leader separated a population as a Stage One
prior to a Genocide occurred in Nazi Germany when Adolf Hitler began to separate
the Jews from the Germans, creating the Ghetto in which Jews were forced to
live. Hitler's plan was to eventually begin slaughtering the Jew; separating his
victims in the Ghetto was just the first step.
Likewise, this population
separation is just the first step in the planned annihilation of the
Palestinians, a horrible act that, nevertheless, will fulfill Bible prophecy. We
explain this most unlikely scenario in NEWS1422, an article posted on October 25,
2000. Prophecy stipulates, in Obadiah 15-18 that Israel would annihilate man,
woman, and child all the people of the "House of Esau" at the End of the Age.
The Palestinians in Israel and in Jordan are the descendants of the House of
Esau. Therefore, we should expect to see Israel taking steps to accomplish this
terrible fulfillment of prophecy. What are some of these steps and do we see
them today? Even though NEWS1422 answers this question thoroughly,
let us list the most important here.
Ø
We must
expect to see a conflict between Israel and the Palestinians that is so terrible
and so defiant of fervent efforts to solve the conflict peaceably that Israel
would be driven to solve the conflict through annihilation of her enemy.
Further, we should expect to see Israel consider the entire Palestinian
population as her enemy. We see exactly this type of conflict, do we not? For
the past three decades, the Palestinians have been attacking Israel, murdering
innocent Jewish citizens -- including babies -- and threatening Israel with
physical destruction. Additionally, we have seen the official Palestinian
Authority write textbooks that teach implacable hatred of Jews and of Israel to
the youngest of Palestinians; this educational reality ensures that Palestinians
for the next generation, at least, are going to be consumed with hatred of
Israel. Thus, the entire population is Israel's deadly and implacable
enemy.
Ø
The
Palestinians are going to have to be seduced into attacking Israel in a major
assault, and probably with Syria and Egypt as allies. If the Palestinians are
convinced that Israel has allowed herself to be backed into a corner from which
she cannot militarily defend herself, they would be sorely tempted to strike.
This unilateral withdrawal plan will weaken Israel in just this manner.
Ø
Since no
Jewish leader and no Israeli military general wants to kill their own population
when they annihilate the Palestinians, we should expect that Israel would take
unilateral steps to separate their population from the Palestinians. At the time
we posted NEWS1422, we noted that the Israeli Defense
Force had been ordered to begin construction of the Security Fence, the first
major effort to separate populations. Now that this Security Fence is nearing
completion, Sharon announced his "unilateral withdrawal" program which will
actually move Jewish citizens out of harms way, because the settlements being
moved are scattered amongst the Arab population. These Jewish citizens are being
moved behind defensible borders, most of them behind the newly constructed
Security Fence. To understand the linkage between the Security Fence and the
final disengagement of populations, you only have to realize that the Security
Fence is planned for completion by the end of 2004, while the announced
timetable for unilateral withdrawal is 2005.
Let us now examine a story which
clearly demonstrates that separating the populations is the goal of Sharon's
unilateral withdrawal.
NEWS BRIEF: "A grave situation in
Gaza", The Jerusalem Post, April 14, 2004.
"There is one clear consequence
of Prime Minister Ariel Sharon's disengagement plan from the Gaza Strip: The
8,000 settlers will be compensated and transferred to a different part of the
country. However, the fate of 40 residents buried in the regional cemetery at
Neveh Dekalim is still undecided ... Foreseeing the inevitable removal of the
Gaza Strip cemetery, Ariel, with pain in his voice, said, "When the soldiers
come to remove the settlers, there will be those that will also remove the
graves'."
Therefore, there can be no doubt:
Sharon's unilateral disengagement plan is moving Jewish settlers back behind
defensible borders, removing them from being scattered amongst the Palestinian
populations. Just as we foresaw in October, 2000, the population separation
continues apace. As you see this removal getting closer to completion, you will
know the time of the annihilation draws near. Conversely, as long as you see
this process incomplete, you will know the time of annihilation is still in the
future.
Sanity Versus Insanity -- Seeking
"Another Sense"
On the surface, Sharon's plan
seems insane, for it cuts Israel into several pieces which are virtually
indefensible. Further, by giving up the Gaza Strip, Israel is allowing armed
Palestinians, and possibly even Egyptian military elements to take positions
suicidally close to the heart of Israel. The old intelligence adage certainly
holds true here: when something makes no sense, you must seek other
sense.
NEWS BRIEF: "Creating A New War
Front In Israel", by David Basch, April 8 Email Newsletter.
"Will Israel fail because the
Arab enemy has desired Israel's destruction far more than the Israeli desire for
the nation to survive? ... What Sharon contemplates will turn Gaza into a new
war front as the narrow, Mediterranean coastline strip that extends like a
dagger into the heart of Israel becomes a militarized enemy beachhead in the way
that the Lebanese border has become. (The Lebanese border, having been abandoned
by Barak, is today lined with artillery directed into the whole north of
Israel.) Israeli territory ceded to the enemy in Gaza will be directly
reinforced by the Arabs from the sea and from tunnels and even overland from
Egypt. It would be laughable if it were not so sad that the mad Sharon wanted
Egypt to get into Gaza, an Egypt that remains an enemy of Israel and which would
supply weapons of mass destruction and all kinds of rocketry that would endanger
all of Israel -- dangers of the kind that North Korea poses to its neighbors --
making the area invulnerable to Israeli counter measures."
When I read several months ago
that Sharon might invite the Egyptians to "patrol" the Gaza Strip after the
Israelis totally withdrew, I could not believe my ears! Even though Egypt has
signed a peace treaty with Israel and still abides by that treaty, indications
have been spilling into the public view for the past several years that Egypt's
heart is against Israel and supportive of the Arab cause to annihilate Israel.
Therefore, inviting an enemy like Egypt to come right up to your doorstep with
heavy guns and elite special forces seems suicidal. Then, to make matters worse,
the United States yesterday told Israel that, when she does withdraw the IDF
from the Gaza Strip, she cannot send those forces back into the area to chase
terrorists or to put down a military threat! Listen:
NEWS BRIEF: "Washington Says
Israel Cannot Invade Gaza After Withdrawal", Independent Media, IMRA, April 16,
2004
"WASHINGTON [MENL] -- The United
States has rejected an Israeli request for the right to invade the Gaza Strip
following a unilateral withdrawal. U.S. officials said the Bush administration
refused to approve Israel's right to invade the Gaza Strip should the area be
used as a staging ground for Palestinian attacks against the Jewish state ...
'It doesn't talk about a right to go back in [Gaza]," a senior administration
official said of the Bush letter. 'So what our hope is, that we can, working
with states in the region, help the Palestinian institutions to take
responsibility for security and to fight terror, because that's what's called
for them to do in the roadmap and that will obviate all the rest of the
discussion'."
This Bush Administration stance
will make the Palestinians and Egyptians even more bold to plan and to carry out
deadly attacks on Israel using the Gaza Strip as a staging area; they will
believe America will keep Israel from counterattacking into the Gaza. As for the
last statement, I cannot believe any American official would really state that
he "hopes" the Palestinians will act to restrain terror attacks, thus making it
unnecessary to talk about Israeli incursion into the Gaza! Hell will freeze over
before the Palestinian Authority -- led by Arafat -- will do anything to stop
the very terror attacks they deem necessary to bring Israel to defeat.
We have spoken repeatedly that
this pressure upon Israel to cave into that greatest terrorist the world has
ever seen -- Yassir Arafat -- makes no sense, especially in light to President
Bush's fiery rhetoric following the 9/11 attacks. Just as we predicted, the
Palestinians have taken every "restraint" Israel showed after each terrorist
attack as a demonstration of weakness; thus, every lack of effective Israeli
reprisal will stir the Palestinians into greater acts of violence. A story this
past week illustrated this truth very well.
NEWS BRIEF: "Hamas: Bush's
statement proves that resistance is 'only way' ", Ha'aretz Daily, April 15, 2004
"Palestinian militant group Hamas
said on Wednesday President George W. Bush's statement that Israel could keep
parts of the West Bank proves armed resistance is the only way for Palestinians
... Hamas, which has vowed to destroy the Jewish state, envisages having Israel
and the occupied West Bank and Gaza Strip as part of a Palestinian state. It
rejects any settlement with Israel, including a U.S.-sponsored peace road
map."
Just like a little child who is
never really punished when he is bad, the Palestinians have gotten their way so
long and have avoided punishment for so long, they believe they can do anything
they want to do and get away with it. Such US and Israeli policy is only
encouraging the worst kind of repeated bad behavior possible! It seems almost as
if America and Israel are planning for the Palestinians to commit greater acts
of terror. Remember this thought as we get to the end of this section.
Reality vs
Perception
You can also forget all the
Palestinian rhetoric about being unhappy about Israel's withdrawal, as that is
just a staged reaction so that the undiscerning will be fooled. Arafat and his
terror chieftains are getting exactly what they have been pursuing all these
years, i.e., an Israeli unilateral retreat. You can also forget about various
stories coming out about why Bush "changed US Middle East strategy", for Bush is
simply completing a plan undertaken in 1992 as Israel began to work on the Oslo
Accords. These accords were designed to seemly render Israel impotent and
militarily indefensible, so that the Palestinians will believe they have Israel
on the ropes. Once they militarily attack, Israel will have the war on her hands
she needs to be able to defend an annihilation of an entire people. For Israel
to be able to pull off an annihilation of the Palestinians, the Palestinians and
her allies must attack Israel.
We shall issue a major story next
week, detailing how Israel put together a plan no later than 1992 that called
for a systematic withdrawal until the Palestinians believed they could attack
and win. This plan was started while President Bush, Sr., was in the White
House, but was continued until President Clinton, and is now about to be
finished under President Bush, or President Kerry if he wins this election.
Watch for this article.
We have always stated that Oslo
was a gigantic trap to ensnare the unwitting Palestinians, that will also allow
Israel to expand outward to possess all her Biblical possessions.
Remember the true adage, that
truth is most often discovered in the exact opposite direction from the
rhetoric.
We cannot offer any hint of the timing of this unilateral
withdrawal. One news story said Sharon would complete it by the end of 2005. And
that may be the true timetable. However, one cannot forget the abrupt manner in
which Prime Minister Ehud Barak quit Lebanon. In the midst of a debate as to
whether Israel should withdraw from Lebanon, Barak suddenly ordered the IDF to
pick up and pull out! Jews were shocked, Palestinians elated. In the space of
just a few hours, Israel was out of Lebanon; will Sharon pull the same tactic?
We shall just have to wait to see.
