Bacon, Tomato and Cheese Dip (Low-Cal/Diabetic)

 

1 (10-oz.) pkg. Stouffer’s® Welsh Rarebit
1 (10.75-oz.) can condensed tomato soup
6 strips of bacon, cooked and crumbled
½  t. crushed dried basil or oregano


Defrost Rarebit according to package directions. Heat Welsh rarebit and soup in a medium saucepan; add bacon and basil. Serve hot with bread, crackers and/or chips, if desired. Makes 6 servings.
