pound lean ground beef
1 packet dry onion soup mix
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 dozen bakery dinner rolls
* assorted condiments including cheese slices
Combine the ground beef with onion soup mix and add in the cheese. Make small patties, approximately 2½” in diameter. Broil over medium-high heat approximately 4
minutes per side, until meat thermometer registers internal temperature of 160º F. Place on sliced dinner rolls and serve with desired condiments. Makes 10 appetizers.
