Ranch Potatoes (Sue Gore's)

or 6 potatoes, any type
Ranch
dressing

cups cheddar cheese
Cut potatoes into bite size pieces (peeling may be left on or removed). Boil until fork tender. Drain and put into casserole dish. Stir in Ranch Dressing, just enough to coat the potatoes. Top with cheese. Cook at 350º until bubbly (about 20 minutes). Sprinkle bacon bits on top if desired. This can be reduced or enlarged as desired. The trick is to coat the potatoes so they aren't soggy.
