Quick Creamy Pesto Tortellini

9-oz package of refrigerated fresh tortellini
¼ cup sour cream
2 T. refrigerated prepared basil pesto sauce
1/3 cup freshly grated Romano cheese
Coarse salt and freshly-ground pepper
Cook tortellini according to package directions and chill. Combine remaining ingredients and add to chilled pasta. Add salt and pepper to taste and serve.
