Pineapple Congealed Salad (Elisabeth's)

 

1 lg. can (2 cups) crushed pineapple (in own juice)

2 cups buttermilk (low fat)

2 pkg. lime gelatin (sugar free) (4 serving size)


Pour pineapple in saucepan. Add buttermilk. Heat well. Add gelatin and mix. Pour in 9X12” dish and refrigerate. Serves 8.
