Easy Low-Fat Turkey Pie (Elisabeth's)

can (10¾ oz.) condensed fat-free Cream of Chicken soup.

pkg. (9 oz.)thawed frozen mixed veggies

cup of cooked cubed turkey (8 oz.)
½
t. basil leaves, crushed
½
cup of skimmed milk
1
egg
1
cup of Bisquick reduced fat all-purpose baking mix
Preheat oven to 400º. In pie plate mix basil, soup, veggies, and turkey. Mix milk, egg, and baking mix. Pour over turkey mixture. Bake 30 minutes or until golden brown. Serves 4.
