Chicken Salad (Verne's)

 

1 (10-oz.) can chunk chicken breast, drained & shredded

½ cup mayonnaise or Miracle Whip

¼ cup chopped celery

¼ cup chopped onion

¼ cup chopped pecans or walnuts

¼ cup dried cranberries


Mix all ingredients well. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Serve on bread slices or lettuce leaves. (Gets better each night in the refrigerator.) Serves 4.
