1 cup half and half
1 cup grated Colby & Monterey cheese
¼ cup chopped onion
¼ cup chopped red pepper
1 T. corn meal
oven to 350º. Mix all ingredients except corm meal in medium bowl.
Coat a greased pie pan with corn meal. Pour in egg mixture and bake
for 45 minutes or until top of quiche is golden brown.
Yield: 4 Servings
