Campbell's® Cheesy Chicken & Rice Casserole

(10¾ oz.) Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup
2 cups milk

cup uncooked instant long-grain white rice
½
t. onion powder
Salt
& pepper to taste

cups frozen mixed vegetables

skinless,
boneless chicken breasts halves
½
cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Brown chicken on both sides in skillet; remove from heat and set aside. Stir the soup, milk, rice, onion powder, black pepper and vegetables in large bowl and pour into an 11” x 8” (2-quart) shallow baking dish. Top with the chicken. Season the chicken as desired. Cover. Bake at 375°F for 50 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the rice is tender. Cut chicken open to make sure no pink is inside, and that chicken is totally cooked. Top with cheese and return to oven until cheese melts. Stir rice before serving. Serves 6.
