Brownies

¾ cup (1½ sticks) oleo
2 cups sugar
1½ cups all purpose flour
½ cup cocoa
½ t. baking powder
½ t. salt
4 eggs
2 t. vanilla
1 12-oz. Pkg. Nestles Semi-Sweet Morsels
½ cup nuts

Put oleo into 13 x 9 pan; heat 5-10 minutes in oven to melt everything except morsels.  Spread evenly.  Add remaining morsels over top.  Bake at 350° for 30-35 minutes.
