Spiced Peaches

3 (29-oz.) cans peach halves in heavy syrup

1 T. whole cloves

1 cup firmly packed brown sugar

3 cinnamon sticks

½ cup lemon juice

Drain peaches over large saucepan; reserve fruit and set aside.  To pan, add remaining ingredients.  Place pan over high heat and bring to boil.  Reduce heat; simmer 5 minutes.  Place contents in large bowl; cover and chill before serving.
