Strawberry Bread (Judy's recipe)

3 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 Tbsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
3 eggs
1 cup vegetable oil
2 - 10 oz. packages of frozen strawberries


Combine dry ingredients in large mixing bowl.  Combine eggs, oil and strawberries in another mixing bowl.  Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients; stir to mix well.  Divide batter into 2 greased and floured loaf pans.  Bake at 350° for approximately 1 hour.  Test by inserting toothpick; if it comes out clean, it’s done.
