Smothered Corn

1 Creole onion(chopped)
1 bell pepper(chopped)
garlic
1 small can of tomato sauce
2 cans of corn
2 cans of cream-style corn
Salt meat or smoked sausage cut into bite size pieces
cooking oil
Tony Chachere seasoning


Brown the onions, garlic, and peppers in the oil. Then add tomato sauce and brown it. Add the remainder of the ingredients and cook until the meat is done. This can be eaten over rice or alone.
