Tex-Mex Devils

6 hard-boiled eggs

1/3 cup Pace picante

2 crisply cooked bacon slices, crumbled

1 T. mayonnaise

Peel eggs; cut in half. Remove and mash yolks. Blend in picante sauce, bacon and mayonnaise. Refill whites. Garnish with bacon curls & parsley; chill. Makes 12 appetizers.
