Seafood Boulettes

1 lb. boiled crab meat or ground boiled shrimp
1 onion
1 green pepper
garlic
hot sauce
4 slices of bread
salt
flour


Grind the onion, pepper, and garlic. Drain and save the juice to soak the bread in. Combine all ingredients, mixing well. Form into patties. Roll in flour, and fry. Delicious for Po-boys or in a seafood platter!
