lb. pack of classic mixed vegetables

Boil
mixed vegetables and fry hamburger meat, stirring and mashing it
into as small pieces as you can. Start boiling potatoes as well, so
that by the time the other ingredients are done, the potatoes are
ready to be mashed. Veggies and meat should be done approximately at
the same time. Drain the vegetables, put them back into the pot you
were cooking them in, add the meat and tomato soup and stir well.
The base for your pie is ready. Take a large casserole dish (or two
smaller ones) and put the mix you’ve just made into it. Mash the
potatoes. Carefully spread mashed potatoes on top so that all the
base is covered with about ½”. Sprinkle some shredded cheese on
top and spread evenly. Place the dish in the oven and cook uncovered
at 350ºF for 5-10 minutes or until the cheese melts.
