Seafood Stackup Dip

1 ripe avocado, peeled, seeded & mashed

½ cup Pace picante

¼ cup dairy sour cream

¼ cup finely chopped onion

1 t. lemon juice

¼ t. salt

½ cup chili sauce

¼-½ lb. cooked small shrimp (about ¾-1 cup)

2 T. parsley

Combine avocado, 2 T. picante, sour cream, onion, lemon juice and salt; mix well. Spread evenly onto bottom of shallow 1-qt. clear glass bowl or 8" pie plate. Combine remaining picante and chili sauce; mix well. Spoon evenly over avocado mixture. Arrange shrimp over picante mixture; sprinkle with parsley. Cover and chill.
