Mini Meatballs

1 lb. ground beef

1 T. minced onion

1 T. parsley flakes

1½ t. salt

Pinch of allspice

Pinch of cloves

¼ t. garlic salt

½ cup dry bread crumbs

1 egg

2 T. milk

Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Form into 1" meatballs. Place 8-10 on paper towel-lined plate. Cover with paper towel to prevent splatters. MICROWAVE 3 minutes on HIGH. MICROWAVE 5 minutes on HIGH, turning once.
