Jack's Creation

1 lb. ground beef

¾ cup chopped onion

Butter

3 lg. potatoes, peeled/sliced

3 sliced carrots

1 sm. can green beans

1 can Cream of Mushroom soup with ¾ cans water

Parmesan cheese

Brown hamburger with onion. Grease a 1½ quart casserole dish with butter. Add the following ingredients in layers: meat mixture, potatoes, carrots, green beans. Mix together soup and water. Pour over layers. Top with cheese. Bake at 350ºF for 45-60 minutes.
