Barbecue Meatloaf

1 lb. ground beef

½ cup barbecue sauce

½ cup Oatmeal, uncooked

½ cup finely chopped onion

1 beaten egg

Mix together all ingredients except ¼ cup barbecue sauce. Shape into loaf in 12x8” baking dish. Bake 45-50 minutes or until center is no longer pink. Let stand 5 minutes. Serve with remaining barbecue sauce.
