Skillet Chili Mac

½ lb. ground beef

1 (14-oz.) pkg. Kraft Deluxe Macaroni & Cheese

2 cups water

1 (8-oz.) can tomato sauce

¼ cup chopped onion

¼ cup chopped green pepper

2 t. chili powder

Brown meat; drain. Add all remaining ingredients except Cheese Sauce; mix well. Bring to boil; reduce heat. Cover; simmer 8-10 minutes or until Macaroni is tender, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Stir in Cheese Sauce. 4-6 SERVINGS.
