Saturday Special

1 lb. ground beef

½ cup chopped onion

1 cup sour cream

1 can Cream of Mushroom soup

1 can corn, drained

1 t. salt

Dash pepper

1 can Fr. Fried Onion Rings

Cook ground beef and onion until browned. Add sour cream, soup, corn, salt and pepper. Cover with wax paper. MICROWAVE 5 minutes on HIGH. Garnish with Onion Rings, if desired. Let stand 3 minutes, uncovered.
