Almond Chicken Salad

8 oz boneless skinless chicken breasts , cooked (cut into strips)

2 medium celery stalks , sliced

1 t. slivered almonds

2 T. fat free mayonnaise

1 t. dried dill weed

1 pinch salt and pepper (to taste)

2 pieces sliced rye bread


Chop the chicken and celery and put in a bowl. Toast almonds in a toaster oven until golden, add to chicken. Stir in mayonnaise, dill, salt, and pepper. Spoon salad onto two separate plates and serve with the rye bread.
