Triple Berry Mold

1½ cups boiling water

1 pkg. (6-serving size) Sparkling Wild Berry Jell-O

2 cups cold club soda or seltzer

1 cup raspberries

1 cup blueberries

1 cup sliced strawberries

Stir boiling water into dry gelatin in large bowl at 2 minutes until completely dissolved. Stir in club soda. Refrigerate 1½ hours or until thickened (spoon drawn through leaves definite impression). Stir in 2 cups of the berries. Spoon into 5-cup mold sprayed with cooking spray; cover. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm. Unmold. Top with remaining berries. Store leftover gelatin mold in refrigerator. Makes 12 servings, about ½ cup each.
