Blueberry Dessert (scrumptious!)

1 lg. pkg. or 2 sm. pkgs. blackberry Jello

1 can crushed pineapple, drained

1 can blueberries, drained

2 cups boiling water

1 cups combined fruit juices, saving more blueberry

Nuts (optional)

TOPPING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese

1 (8 oz.) sour cream

½ cup sugar


Beat together and spread on congealed dessert. NOTE FROM PEGGY: This is all the directions given for this dessert, but my guess would be to first dissolve Jello in boiling water; stir in pineapple, blueberries, fruit juice, and nuts. Place in refrigerator for about 1 hour, or until thoroughly congealed.  Meanwhile, using an electric mixer, cream together cream cheese, sour cream, and sugar; spread on top of Jello mixture, cover with plastic wrap, then place back into your refrigerator until the topping is at the desired consistency for you.  I used 2 cans of blueberries instead of 1 can of pineapple and 1 can of blueberries, because I’m not a big pineapple fan.  It was AWESOME!!!  I used walnuts for the "optional" nuts.
