Crispy Parmesan Chicken (YUM!!!)
3 cups French's® French Fried Onions, crushed
½ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup French's® Spicy Brown Mustard
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
6 boneless skinless chicken breasts halves, about 2 pounds
parsley
sprigs for garnish, optional
Preheat oven to 350° F. Place French Fried Onions into plastic bag; crush lightly with a rolling pin. Transfer to a sheet of waxed paper. Mix mayonnaise, mustard and Parmesan cheese in pie plate. Dip chicken into mayonnaise mixture, then into crumbs, pressing gently to coat well. Place chicken into a foil-lined 10” x 15” baking dish. Bake 25 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in center. Garnish with parsley, if desired. NOTE FROM PEGGY: Actually, I think I would have preferred ¾ cup of Kraft Ranch Dressing instead of the mayonnaise and mustard, since I'm not a big mustard fan.
