16 oz. sour cream
LARGE container Cool Whip
2 small pkgs Jell-O Instant Pistachio pudding mix
16 oz. can crushed pineapple (juice drained)
1 small pkg. shredded coconut

Combine all of the ingredients in a large bowl in the order given and refrigerate for at last 3 hours before serving.
