T. steak sauce

T. catsup

can tomato juice

T. parsley flakes
Salt
& pepper to taste

pkg. elbow macaroni

can Cream of Mushroom

cup grated cheese
Sauté
onions and pepper in oil until tender; add beef and brown. Add
steak sauce, catsup, tomato juice, parsley flakes, salt and pepper.
Simmer 20-30 minutes. Cook macaroni until tender; drain.
Stir macaroni into meat mixture; pour into large casserole.
Spoon soup into mixture, folding gently. Top with grated
cheese. Bake at 350° until cheese melts.
