Speedy Taco Bake

1 lb. ground beef

½ cup chopped onion

1 (1¼-oz.) envelope taco seasoning

1 (15-oz.) can tomato sauce

1 (15¼-oz.) whole kernel corn

2 cups shredded Cheddar

2 cups Bisquick

1 cup milk

2 eggs

Heat oven to 350ºF. Cook ground beef and onion until beef is brown; drain. Spoon into ungreased 13x9x2” baking dish. Stir in taco seasoning mix (dry), tomato sauce and corn (drained). Sprinkle with cheese. Stir remaining ingredients until blended. Pour over beef mixture. Bake 35 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with sour cream, chopped tomatoes and shredded lettuce if desired. MAKES 8-10 SERVINGS.
