(10¾ oz.) Cream of Mushroom

cup uncooked long grain rice
Dash
of pepper
Preheat
oven to 350ºF. In 2 quart baking dish, combine water, wild rice
and bouillon; set aside. In large skillet, brown meat; drain.
Stir in celery, onion and garlic; cook until tender. Add
remaining ingredients. Stir meat mixture into wild rice mixture;
mix well. Cover and bake for 1½ hours. MAKES 6 SERVINGS.
