Baked Chicken Supreme

1 (3-4 lb.) broiler-fryer, cut up

1 cup sour cream

2 T. lemon juice

2 t. Worcestershire

1 t. celery salt

1 t. paprika

1 clove garlic, minced

1 t. salt

¼ t. pepper

1½ cups Corn Flake crumbs

½ cup melted butter


Skin and wipe off chicken with damp cloth.  Combine next 8 ingredients and mix well.  Coat each piece of chicken with this mixture and let stand coated, covered, in refrigerator for 1 hour.  Roll chicken pieces in Corn Flake crumbs and arrange in single layer in a large shallow pan.  Pour half of the melted butter over chicken.  Bake at 350ºF for 45 minutes.  Pour remaining butter over chicken and bake 15 minutes longer, or until chicken is tender and brown.
