Chicken In the Chips Casserole

2-2½ cups cooked chicken

1 can Cream of Chicken soup

½ cup dairy sour cream

¼ cup Pace Picante sauce

8 oz. shredded Monterey Jack cheese

2 cups corn chips


Combine chicken, soup, sour cream and picante, mixing well.  Spoon half the mixture into lightly greased 1½-quart casserole.  Top with 1 cup cheese and 1 cup corn chips.  Repeat layers.  Bake uncovered at 350ºF for 20-25 minutes.  MAKES 4 SERVINGS.
